Metro Wellness Gym

The µÚÒ»³Ô¹ÏÍø Metro Wellness Gym is situated on the µÚÒ»³Ô¹ÏÍø Education Campus on St. Andrews Road, Parktown and focuses primarily on individuals interested in maintaining and improving fitness for a healthy lifestyle under the supervision of a biokineticist and nursing sister. Adult members of the public are welcome to join the gym.

The Gym offers the following group classes:

Fall Risk Programme Lower Back Pain Management
Water Aerobics Body Works

The Gym also focuses on chronic disease rehabilitation including:

  • Cardiac disease
  • High blood pressure
  • Diabetes
  • Vascular conditions
  • Back and neck conditions
  • Arthritis
  • Mild neurological impairments
